Templine Employment Agency Ltd was established in 1984 to offer a completely flexible temporary workforce to the Distribution, Warehouse and Manufacturing Industries. Now in our 22nd year with multiple locations throughout the UK, we have managed to retain our "small" business ethos despite growing into a six branch, multi-million pound operation. For our clients this means that we do not set rigid and unworkable practices that may work for one client company but not another. The industries in which we specialize are unique in their requirements and as such Templine have developed the supporting service that meets those unique requirements.
When the quality of our service has been compared to many of the larger nationals, who supply "every" category of staff, we have shown repeatedly that being the biggest isn't necessarily an automatic qualification to being the best. Some agencies have decided to open central call centres, which we strongly believe fail to understand an individual clients needs.
This is because the employees who answer the phones in such 24 hour central call centres have no
experience of managing or recruiting any of the temps (who naturally attend interviews during the
day) for the contract in question. They have little influence or understanding over a workforce
who are natural allies to the "day consultants" and this does not bode well for a company who
wishes to get an extra 10 people to work at short notice.
As you would expect Templine Employment Agency operate a fully manned 24 hour service however we manage this service differently to the agencies described above.
Templine will give any client a direct number to the team of consultants who deal with their contract during normal working hours. The benefit to the client is that during the night they have access to recruitment consultants who have recruited and managed all of the temps for that contract - naturally understanding exactly what the company requires as soon as they call.
